About Playtoys
Playtoys was founded by Jaskirat and Komal, two international students who came to Canada, saw a gap nobody was filling, and decided to fill it themselves.
The gap was simple but significant — Canadian institutions needed a dedicated local partner to help them create purposeful, effective spaces for the people they serve. Schools, therapy clinics, hospitals, recreation centres — all of them investing in engagement and sensory equipment, most of them doing it without proper guidance, without local support, and without anyone helping them see the full picture before they spent their budget.
That's the problem Playtoys was built to solve.
Who we are
We are a small, focused team based in Surrey, British Columbia. We don't pretend to be a large corporation. What we are is deeply committed — to understanding your space, recommending the right products across multiple brands, and staying with you through the entire process from first conversation to finished room.
Jaskirat and Komal built Playtoys on a simple belief — that every Canadian institution deserves a space that works for the people in it, and that finding the right products to create that space shouldn't be complicated, expensive to figure out, or left to chance.

We are more than a product catalogue. We offer free space consultations, cross-brand product curation, space visualisation before you commit, and guided support from first enquiry to delivered order. Every institution we work with gets a partner who stays with them through the process — not a checkout page and a shipping confirmation.
Why Canada
Institutional buyers in Canada have historically been underserved by US brands who don't understand Canadian procurement, can't invoice in CAD, and offer no local support. We fix that. Playtoys is proudly Canadian — based in Surrey, British Columbia — and built specifically to serve Canadian institutions from coast to coast.
