We offer a 14 Day Return Policy.
If you decide you want to return an item within 14 days after receiving your order, please email us at info@playtoys.ca with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return. We offer returns on both defective and non defective products.
Return Costs and Method of Return
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect. For damaged or wrong items, PlayToys will cover the full return shipping cost.
All returns are processed by mail. Please email us at info@playtoys.ca with your order number and item details to initiate a return. We will verify your order information and provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address. You may return the item using your preferred shipping service.
Refund
Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse(s), We will notify you once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued. Refund process is completed within 7 days of receiving returned item(s). Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Refunds include the product price and applicable taxes.
*Please note: In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
Damages
If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to info@playtoys.ca within 24 hours of delivery.
Playtoys will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost.
Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns must be initiated through our customer service team so we can provide the correct return instructions.
We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

Warranty Claims
If you experience an issue with your product during the warranty period, please contact us at info@playtoys.ca or +1 (778) 358-2148. We will help you with your warranty claim and get the issue resolved.
Warranty does not apply to products that are damaged resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper application, or modification by persons not authorized by the manufacturer.
Exchanges
To request an exchange please email us at info@playtoys.ca with order details. For exchanges of products that are not damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Playtoys covers shipping costs for exchanges due to damaged or incorrect items.”
